Refund Policy

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue you a credit note on the purchase price of ITEMS(S) (non-refundable delivery charges), less 8%. We cover fees (credit cards) and the surcharge for shipping (it costs us more shipping than what we charge you) for each order as we appreciate our customers, but unfortunately we cannot cover the costs when an item is returned. Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

You must notify us by email within 72 hours of receipt of your order if you wish to make a return.

The item must not have been used and must be in its original condition (not worn, soiled, washed, damaged, no stable smell or other);
All labels must be attached to the item;
Items must be shipped or returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs on any return, with one of the listed carriers: Canada Post, Purolator, Fedex, Nationex or UPS.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in the agreed shape.

Accessories for riders (see accessories category on the website), items for the house or trailer and decorations are final sales. Coming soon and special orders are final sales!

You are responsible for the package when you return an item, so make sure you take the necessary insurance with the chosen delivery company, if you find it necessary.

We cannot guarantee that the settings on your screen accurately reflect the colours. We have no responsibility in the event that the colour of the product differs from that on your screen.

Items sold during special sales, such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, special sales/events and sale items are final sales, even if they are not wrote as on sale.
